From the selection of cocoa beans, through to roasting, crushing, winnowing and grinding, Allo Simonne manages the entire transformation process, ensuring quality control throughout to bring you exceptional chocolate.
Gianduja is a blend of hazelnuts and chocolate. Ours is made with hazelnuts from Ontario, which makes us very proud and happy! The quality of Ontario hazelnuts is second to none, and they're delicious and delectable!
