The mission of the Fondation Jeunes en Tête is to prevent psychological distress among young people aged 11 to 18 in Quebec. It accomplishes this mission by providing teens, their parents and school personnel with online tools and awareness workshops in schools. Destigmatizing, raising awareness and providing tools: these are the concrete actions she takes every day to help the next generation face life's challenges.

Each year, 52,000 young people in Quebec regain hope through free workshops in their schools!
