• one teaspoon of baking powder
• 2 tablespoons of cane sugar
• 2 eggs, separated
• 2/3 cup of milk (150ml)
• 5 chopped strawberries
• 1 tablespoon of Allo Simonne Jaguar chocolate hazelnut spread
• In another bowl, mix the 2 egg yolks with the milk and then add to the dry ingredients while mixing, to obtain a thick pancake batter texture.
• Add the strawberry pieces and hazelnut spread and let stand for 15 minutes. In the meantime, beat the egg whites until stiff and gently add them to the mixture with a silicone spatula.
• Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture into a hot, oiled pan and cook for one minute on each side. When the edge is golden brown and small bubbles form on top, it's time to flip the pancake.
• Serve with strawberries and a dollop of chocolate hazelnut spread.
