Servings: 12 to 15 servings
• 2 cups flour
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• a tablespoon of baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon of salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 ¼ cup of milk
• ¼ cup melted butter
• a teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup Allo Simonne spread with hazelnuts and crunchy dark chocolate
• fresh strawberries
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line the bottom of a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
3. Mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla and add the liquid preparation to the dry ingredients.
4. Spread the mixture into the pan evenly.
5. Heat the spread for a few minutes in the microwave to spread it more easily.
6. Pour over the mixture and using a knife, marble.
7. Add the halved strawberries on top and cook for 13 to 16 minutes.
