Servings: 1 large glass or 2 medium glasses
• 1 frozen banana, chopped
• 2 pitted dates
• 3 tablespoons of Allo Simonne hazelnut and dark chocolate spread
• 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds
• 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
• 1 cup of milk or plant-based beverage of your choice
• 1 scoop of ice cream (optional)
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender bowl.
2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
3. Coat a glass with Allo Simonne spread and pour in the milkshake.
4. Add a scoop of ice cream if desired and enjoy immediately.
