Ingredients
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Servings: 4
• 4 butter croissants
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons of butter, for cooking
• 1 jar of Allo Simonne spread of your choice (here, hazelnut & milk chocolate and hazelnut praline)
• 1 cup of fresh berries
Steps
1. Cut the 4 croissants in half.
2. In a large shallow dish, beat the eggs, add the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla.
3. Whisk to combine.
4. Dip each croissant half into the mixture and set aside on a baking sheet.
5. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat, and brown each croissant half for 3-4 minutes on each side.
6. Serve on plates, topped with Allo Simonne spreads and fresh berries.
