• 15 pitted dates
• a jar of Allo Simonne spread with hazelnuts, dark chocolate, and buckwheat
• one cup of mixed nuts of your choice (almonds, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts...)
• 1/3 cup of puffed rice
• one cup of melted dark chocolate
• sea salt
Steps
1. On a parchment paper-covered tray, spread pitted dates, slightly overlapping them.
2. Pour the dark chocolate and buckwheat spread on top, covering evenly with a mixture of nuts and puffed rice.
3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler, pour the melted chocolate over the nuts, and sprinkle with sea salt.
4. Allow it to set in the refrigerator for an hour.
