A delicious dessert on the go in 5 ingredients and in just 10 minutes created by Emilie Gaillet with our famous hazelnut & Jaguar chocolate spread.
These chocolate custards have a rich and intense taste and the end-result is excellent. Sweet enough, chocolatey with the nutty flavor that makes all the difference.
To be enjoyed still warm for those in a hurry or cold for a “chocolate pudding” texture.
1/3 cup cane sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups of milk or vegetable drink
¾ (100g) of dark chocolate in pieces
3 tablespoons of Allo Simonne hazelnut & Jaguar chocolate spread
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Servings: 6 jars of 125ml
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and cornstarch.
Pour in the chocolate oat drink and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Add the dark chocolate pieces and the hazelnut & Jaguar chocolate spread and stir until melted. Remove from fire.
Pour into a bowl or small individual ramekins and refrigerate or enjoy immediately.
Just before serving, add the garnish of your choice (berries, chopped nuts, etc.)
Recipe makes about 6 medium sized jars (+/• equivalent to 1/2 T / 125ml)
