Milk Chocolate Cookies

Dipping cookies into a jar of chocolate spread is one of the best things you can do for a gourmet snack! Try this homemade recipe created for milk chocolate lovers. The combination of vanilla, almond and hazelnut crunch will charm your taste buds. Enjoy!


• 280 grams flour
• 100 grams almond powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 200 grams softened butter
• 300 grams brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 80 grams milk
• 150 grams Milk Chocolate spread


• Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius
• In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients (except brown sugar) together
• Put the chocolate spread on cooking paper on a baking sheet and put it in the fridge
• Whisk butter together with brown sugar in the second bowl until mixture is homogeneous
• Add dry ingredients and mix again
• Quickly break the now-solidified spread into nibs and mix them into the dough
• With a cookie spoon, make little balls which will go in the oven for 10 minutes
• Let cool and enjoy!
