Dive into a unique experience where colors blend with flavors.
At Allo Simonne, we offer an immersive workshop combining the discovery of artisanal watercolor and gourmet chocolate tasting. A creative and indulgent moment that will awaken all your senses.
This workshop is not just an intuitive watercolor session: it is a guided and educational experience.
Watercolor side 🎨
You will learn concrete techniques to master water, pigments, and mixing. All watercolors are handmade in Montreal by Laura, founder of Atelier by Lau, using pigments from Quebec and Europe.
Chocolate side 🍫
Fernando Galvan Rubio, master chocolatier at Allo Simonne, will introduce you to the behind-the-scenes of their artisanal expertise. You will taste various creations and learn to recognize the subtlety of flavors and textures.
Experience schedule

Welcome in the Allo Simonne gourmet space.

Introduction to chocolate: discover the history, values of the company, and a guided tour of the “laboratory” where everything is created.

Watercolor workshop: learn fundamental techniques with natural pigments, step-by-step exercises to explore transparency, mixing, and water control.

Watercolor creation & sensory tasting: Throughout the chocolate tasting, your senses will be engaged to inspire your artwork. A color-flavor correspondence sheet will help you match tasting notes (fruity, woody, spicy, sweet…) to color ranges. These impressions will guide the construction of your composition. You will then integrate watercolor techniques to bring to life a personal and meaningful artwork directly inspired by the tasting.
