This jam combines two small berries from Quebec that take us right back to our childhood summers, whether at breakfast or at teatime: strawberries and redcurrants. And to make it even more special, we’ve added a touch of rose petals, creating a delicately balanced flavour.

This jelly is made by Simon Turcotte Confiturer. It was at the festive markets in 2025 that we met Gabrielle and Jeanne, who are taking over the family business, and with whom we hit it off straight away – we’re very proud to be working with them!
