70% dark chocolate showcasing the distinctive flavor of cacao cultivated in the fertile Dak Lak province of Vietnam. Cacao beans are carefully infused with whisky before being stone-ground in our Montréal workshop.

Best enjoyed slowly, like a fine spirit, to appreciate its full depth.
