Ingredients

Preparation time: 5 minutes Cooking time : 2 minutes Serving size : 1 3 tablespoons flour 1 tablespoon brown sugar ½ tablespoon baking powder pinch of salt 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter 2 1/2 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons hazelnut, dark chocolate and maple spread Syrup : 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tablespoon water or 35% cream

Steps

In a 350ml cup, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, butter and hazelnut, dark chocolate and maple spread. Add milk and mix evenly. In a small bowl, combine maple syrup and cream. Pour over pastry. Place the cup on a plate, in case the mixture overflows slightly, and microwave for 1.30 to 2 minutes, depending on power. The cake should be cooked through in the center. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
