1 cup sugar
¼ cup water
½ cup 35% cream
¼ cup salted butter
1 jar Allo Simonne hazelnut praline spread
Steps
In a saucepan, bring the sugar and water to the boil.
Cook, without stirring, until the mixture takes on a golden color. Remove from heat and gradually add cream.
Bring to the boil again, until the mixture is smooth.
Add butter and stir until melted. Transfer to a bowl and chill completely in the fridge.
To assemble our Caramel and Praline gourmet jar, alternate layers of caramel and Allo Simonne hazelnut praline in a small glass jar.
Close the jar and store in the fridge. A delicious little jar to give as a gift! The caramel will keep for 1 month in the fridge.
