• 1 jar of Allo Simonne Dark Chocolate and Praline spread
• 100 grams brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 100 grams melted butter
• Line bottom of a 20 cm (eight inches) mold with parchment paper while letting it peek out each side
• In a bowl, mix the flour together with the salt
• In a second bowl, whisk the eggs, spread, brown sugar and vanilla extract together until the mix is smooth and homogeneous. At lower speed, incorporate the dry ingredients alternation with the melted butter
• Pour into the mold. Cook for 30 to 35 minutes
• Let cool in the mold. Take brownie out of the mold and cut into squares
