Giant chocolate-hazelnut cookie to share

Our collaborator Emilie Gaillet has prepared a completely decadent cookie with the Allo Simonne Hazelnut & Dark Chocolate spread 🍫 Yes!, our spreads are also delicious when cooked. So rather than making individual cookies, opt for the maxi format, for even more yummy moments of sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup hazelnut
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of Allo Simonne hazelnut & dark chocolate spread
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

 

Steps

Preparation time:  : 15 minutes

Cooking time : 20-25 minutes

Serving: 8-10 servings


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, oil, butter, egg, baking powder and hazelnut and dark chocolate spread with a fork.
  4. Add the flour and mix. Stir in the hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Place parchment paper in the bottom of a 20cm diameter round mold and butter the sides.
  6. Pour cookie dough evenly into pan.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Leave to cool for a few minutes and cut into wedges before serving on plates.
  9. Drizzle with extra hazelnut and dark chocolate spread.
