SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally shipped one to two times per week, depending on operational logistics.

Delivery times range from 2 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier.

In the event of absence at the time of delivery, parcels may be left at a pickup point or returned to the sender in accordance with the carrier’s policies.

Reshipping fees for any unclaimed or returned parcels are the responsibility of the customer.


Temperature-Sensitive Products

Although reasonable precautions are taken to protect our products, Allo Simonne cannot guarantee the absence of impacts related to temperature variations or transportation conditions.

Any claim regarding damaged, melted, or broken products must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the parcel, accompanied by photographs, to the following email address: info@allosimonne.com
