It was on our way back from a hike in the Charlevoix Massif in December 2020 (a well-deserved post-Christmas break🎄) that we came across Brigitte and Stéphane's granola and that prompted us to contact them.
Since they are agricultural producers, 70% of the ingredients in their granola come from their harvests. They work with local products to create their recipes, such as maple syrup, sea buckthorn juice and dried fruit. They prepare their own line of products and their granolas are therefore artisanal.
A fruity granola with rich colors. Grown in Quebec, the sea buckthorn berry is a small orange fruit with a tangy taste and a thousand properties! Sea buckthorn juice is added to the cereal mixture for a very unique granola, with a fruity and tasty taste.
